The "Workplace Excellence" Seal recognizes those organizations that have embraced work~life practices in order to meet the needs of their workforce, resulting in long-term growth and business success. Seal recipients are provided with the following tools to support their commitment to work~life practices:

Recognition as an "Excellent Place to Work!" in targeted advertising campaigns

Recognition as an "Excellent Place to Work!" at the annual "Workplace Excellence" Award Ceremony

- Policy and Program Implementation Support
- Education Events and Networking Opportunities
The "Workplace Excellence" Seals are a vehicle to encourage organizations to implement work~life cultures. The Alliance offers counsel to assist organization in becoming "excellent places to work".
In order to receive a "Workplace Excellence" Seal, specific prerequisites must be met before an organization can apply for the award.
